The Kitsap Fair & Stampede Association (KFS) reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event held in conjunction with the Kitsap Fair & Stampede, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. KFS may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by KFS including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, social media, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.

To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian.

By participating in a KFS event, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify KFS from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.

 

Any person or organization not affiliated with KFS may not use, copy, alter or modify KFS photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from KFS.

PRCA Photography Policy for ALL PRCA Events

Fans may take photos from the stands, but only with cell phones or small cameras that have lenses smaller than 3". Those caught using cameras with a lens attachment, without proper credentials, will be expelled from the rodeo grounds.  The unauthorized sale of any photographs or videos taken at a PRCA rodeo is prohibited.
