DIRECTIONS: (45minutes, 43miles) 

From Interstate 5 in Tacoma take exit 132B Toward Gig Harbor/Bremerton, drive 26.8 miles on State Route 16 westbound across the Tacoma Narrows Bridge. For competitors towing trailers, we recommend the second lane from the right. The far-right lane is very close to the guard rail and will funnel you off SR16 at the end of the bridge. SR 16 becomes State Route 3 Northbound to Bremerton, drive 8.6 miles and exit State Route 3 at Newberry Hill Road. Turn right at the end of the exit which will lead you to a roundabout. Take the second exit from the roundabout onto NW Silverdale Way toward Silverdale. Drive 1.0 mile and turn right on Bucklin Hill Road. Drive 0.8 miles, turn right onto Tracyton Blvd.  Contestants with trailers especially should use caution on Tracyton Blvd due to numerous speed humps. Drive 1.3 miles and turn left on to NW Fairgrounds Road. A Sheriffs' Deputy will move a road closed sign for you and may ask to see your PRCA card. Drive 0.3 miles and at the top of the hill (you will not be able to drive straight at this point), turn right onto Tibardis Rd. Drive approximately 100 yards and follow signs into contestant parking.

An Alternative route to extra parking for contestants: Silver Spurs arena. Instead of turning right on Tracyton Blvd, continue on Bucklin Hill Rd 1.6 miles to Nels Nelson. Silver Spurs parking is 1.8 miles on the left.

COWBOY HOSPITALITY:

Kitsap Stampede Cowboy Kitchen provides three meals per day for competitors, contract personnel and volunteers.

​

OTHER SERVICES:

a: Kitsap Stampede will drive through contestant parking each morning from 8:30AM to 10:00AM to collect horse manure. Please have your manure piled up on the ground or in the back of your trailer for the volunteers as they will not be cleaning your site.

b: Kitsap Stampede will have a vendor on site for hay and feed purchases.

c: A Sports Medicine doctor will be on site. Times: after 5:00pm

KITSAP FAIR:

For competitors with families, Kitsap Fair is also going on. Competitors and their families will have free admission to the Fair. Carnival rides are not included.
