Celebrating creativity, craftsmanship, and community tradition
The Still Life Exhibits celebrate the skills, creativity, and traditions of our community. From baking, canning, horticulture, and floriculture to quilting, sewing, art, photography, and handcrafted projects, this is where makers, growers, bakers, and creators of all ages can share their work at the Kitsap Fair.
About Still Life
Still Life includes all non-livestock exhibit opportunities at the Kitsap Fair. These divisions highlight the work created in kitchens, gardens, sewing rooms, workshops, and homes throughout the community.
Exhibitors can enter a wide range of projects, including baked goods, preserved foods, fruits, and vegetables, flowers, plants, quilts, textiles, photography, fine arts, crafts, hobbies, and more. Each division has its own rules, entry requirements, judging standards, and deadlines, which are outlined in the Still Life Exhibitor Book.
Whether you are entering for the first time, continuing a family tradition, or encouraging a child to share their work, Still Life is a meaningful way to participate in the fair beyond the livestock barns. These exhibits help preserve practical skills, celebrate creativity, and showcase the talent found across Kitsap County and the surrounding region.
