Meet Keith Armstrong

Keith Armstrong is a dedicated public servant, Navy veteran, and lifelong Kitsap County resident. He currently serves as a Logistics Management Specialist at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Keyport, where he manages logistics for critical underwater vehicle projects.

Keith’s career is defined by service and versatility. Immediately after graduating from Central Kitsap High School in 1991, he enlisted in the United States Navy, maintaining aircraft catapult systems aboard the USS Nimitz and USS Independence before being honorably discharged in 1998. Following his military service, he transitioned into sports management, driving business development and sponsorships for the Seattle SuperSonics (NBA) and serving as the inaugural Director of Sales for the Everett Silvertips (WHL).

Guided by a deep commitment to his community, Keith returned to Kitsap County in 2007 to support the Navy in a civilian capacity. Outside of his federal career, he is an active community member who treasures traveling and spending time with his wife and granddaughters. He is especially proud to support the Kitsap County Fair & Stampede - a cherished childhood tradition that he now helps preserve for the next generation.
